If you are someone like me and hate the taste and or smell of protein shakes but love the protein content in them, you will find the recipe below useful!
Mango Protein Shake
1 cup of concentrated mango juice
1 cup of water
1 scoop of protein powder (I used vanilla flavored protein powder.)
Blend/shake all the three ingredients listed above. Mango protein shake is best served chilled.
It tastes mostly like mango juice with a hint of protein powder flavor and smells a bit more like protein shake.
The sugars from mango and proteins from the protein powder makes this mango protein shake an ideal substitute for breakfast on busy days.
