70. Stress relief tips.

Hi,I believe stress is a good thing to a certain limit as it helps to push my limits in doing better. But there is a threshold to this limit. The moment stress causes harm to relationships or health, it is time to manage stress.

 Lately, I’ve been very stressed. I realized, the more stressed I am, the more I tend to think in a negative way and behave in a not so pleasing way. Stress causes me to be easily irritable and be impatient to others advice or feedback. So, it is high time I manage my stress.

Below are a few tips for stress relief. Hope you find this post useful. If you want to add anything to the list below, please share it in the comments section.

1. Take a deep breath in and take a deep breath out. Repeat for 5 times.
2. Count 1 to 100 and 100 to 1.
3. Go for a walk.
4. Listen to music.
5. Eat healthy snack/meal.
6. Take a power nap.
7. Take a shower.
8. Light a scented candle.
9. Dance. Yup. Dance to your favorite song.
10. Listen and sing out loud…your favorite song.
11. Doodle.
12. Draw/paint.
