12. Me-me time !

 Hi,
 
There are days and or times in a day, when I feel sad or lonely for no reason at all. Today, has been one of those days. So, I decided that instead of feeling upset for being upset, I shall try doing something to cheer myself up.
 
A long walk by myself, working out in the gym, cooking (or well experimenting), creating something like a painting/story are few of the activities that I classified as my ‘me-me time’ activities.  These me-me time activities, as the name suggests are activities I like to do for myself, which in turn help boost my mood.

 Though I was least motivated to get out of my room, I pushed myself to go to the gym this afternoon. Healthy and fit me is the ultimate goal of any of my workouts. I shed the excess fat or not, train my muscles or not, gym time is also my relaxation time. At the end of the day, I am glad I did push myself to do something that I know I needed but procrastinated.
 
Do you have a list of activities that you might classify as your ‘me-me time’ activities? If so, I would love to know more about them and if you do not have one, I urge you to make a list.
